Madrid becomes the European capital of longevity on 1 and 2 October

This meeting aims to merge global events with local audiences, promoting research and development in the longevity industry both in Spain and worldwide. In addition, it is framed around the International Longevity Day (1 October), a date chosen to coincide with the International Day of Older Persons, established by the UN.

Before the Congress, On 29 and 30 September, TransVision Madrid 2025 will offer guided tours to several World Heritage Sites near Madrid, such as Ávila, Segovia, Aranjuez, Toledo, Alcalá de Henares and El Escorial. A way of combining scientific knowledge with cultural richness.

During the congress on 1 October, the Madrid Longevity Declaration will be presented, the Cibeles Longevity Awards will be presented, a documentary on longevity will be premiered and a symbolic Longevity March will take place from Puerta del Sol to the Cibeles Fountain.
