With the aim of translating complex research into actionable practicethe series is hosted by Alexia Bruejournalist, co-founder of Well+Goodcurrently involved in the project The Practice: Habits for Healthspan.

In the first episode, Brue interviews the doctor, futurist and entrepreneur Dr. Peter Diamandis -founder of the clinics Fountain Life (sponsors of the podcast) and the XPrize Foundation- in a conversation entitled "The longevity revolution is here"..

Diamandis highlights the difference between living longer (lifespan) y living longer and better (healthspan)In the US, life expectancy is about 78-79 years, but health expectancy is only about 63. That means that the last 15 years are spent in pain, dependence and low vitality. The challenge is how to reach 100 with the body and energy of 40 or 50".

He also shares his own habits: Technogym bike and sauna in the office, 40-minute workouts five times a week, going to bed at 21:30, taking about 90 supplements a day and using AI-connected wearable technology to monitor his health.

It also talks about Immunisa biotech company in which he is an investor and advisor, which has developed an experimental stem cell therapy with positive results in patients with severe knee osteoarthritis: 70 % pain reduction, 50 % inflammation and 6 % increase in muscle mass without exercise.
