The lifestyle hospitality company Sbe has revealed more details about its ambitious new health and wellness lifestyle concept, The Estate.

The Estate will comprise a global network of luxury wellness resorts and residential properties driven by a commitment to functional and preventative medicine through diagnostics and therapies powered by longevity clinic operator Fountain Life.

In addition to state-of-the-art medical care, each location will feature medical wellness services and spa treatments by Clinique La Prairieholistic therapies, sports and fitness programmes and a nutritious menu designed to work in harmony with medical diagnoses to promote self-healing.

The group also plans to create a network of urban longevity centres, also operated by Fountain Life, in major markets to enable ongoing maintenance beyond the hotel experience.

The vision

The concept has been created by four industry veterans: hospitality visionary and founder of Sbe, Sam NazarianNew York Times bestselling author and business and life strategist Tony Robbinsthe music icon Marc Anthony; y Richard AttiasThe European Union's European Business Forum, recognised for bringing business, government and civil society together to drive economic growth and innovation, is the first of its kind in the world.

Nazarian and Robbins began developing the concept for the luxury hotel brand of the future before the pandemic. They decided to create a new omni-channel approach to longevity, meeting the customer wherever they are rather than just a destination offering.

Nazarian explains: "In 2006 I created SLS Hotels, a relevant and disruptive brand for the emerging lifestyle industry. Then, lifestyle was 'access', now luxury is 'longevity'. The Estate will lead with luxury.

"We are not building medical hotels, we are building luxury hotels, residences and urban clinics that are differentiated by a commitment to changing people's lives.

Sbe aims to use its hospitality expertise to reframe the often intimidating clinical process into a warm and welcoming experience. The focus will be on identifying, preventing and treating conditions that reduce life expectancy and diminish quality of life.

The Estate plans to open 15 hotels by 2030 and residences along with 10 urban longevity centres. Sbe says each location will open in stunning locations and settings with a spirit of warm and responsive service.

The first hotels and residences are scheduled to open in 2026 in St Kitts, UK, Trento in northern Italy and Montreux, Switzerland. Miami and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries will follow soon after.

Residential sales for the St Kitts location will commence in the third quarter of 2025.

Estate's flagship longevity centre

The first longevity centre will open in late 2024 at Century Plaza in Los Angeles.an expansive development by the Reuben brothers, which spans six acres.

The Estate, through the Sbe Foundation, will ensure that disadvantaged communities can access preventative diagnostics and treatment by working with partner charities.

About Sbe

Founded in 2002 by founder and CEO Sam Nazarian, Sbe is a privately owned lifestyle hospitality company that develops, manages and operates high-end hotels, restaurants, lounges and nightclubs.

About Fountain LifeFountain Life brings together leading scientists and physicians with advanced AI-powered diagnostic tools to detect disease before symptoms appear, increase longevity and performance, and bring health back to healthcare.

The goal of Fountain's multimodal diagnostic testing is to answer two key questions: first, is there something in your body that you need to know right away? Second, what is likely to happen and how can you optimise your health for the future?

Far beyond the immediate benefit of identifying potentially life-threatening conditions in their earliest stages, Fountain's longevity physicians lead a team that includes health coaches and nutritionists who continually focus on member health indicators and provide the knowledge, training and therapy that can increase vitality and life expectancy and turn back the clock of ageing.

Fountain's multi-modality diagnostics include full body MRI/brain MRI (for cancer and aneurysm screening), low-dose lung CT, coronary CT with artificial intelligence, DEXA scan (bone density/body composition), epigenetics/genomic sequencing/nutrigenomics, blood tests for early cancer, advanced blood diagnostics, food intolerance and gut health.
