The quest for a longer and healthier life will be the focus of one of the most important international meetings in the wellness sector this March. The Hololife Longevity Côte d'Azur Summit will open its edition on Wednesday 11 March with an exclusive Diamond VIP dinner in Monaco, a private gathering limited to 50 guests and featuring some of the world's leading experts in longevity.

The central day of the congress will be held on Thursday 12 March at Le Méridien Nice, at the emblematic Promenade des Anglais seafront promenade. The event will bring together more than 300 attendees including health professionals, researchers, wellness entrepreneurs and people interested in learning about the most advanced strategies for optimising health and slowing down the ageing process.

Science, lifestyle and preventive medicine

The programme will feature specialists from different fields related to longevity. Among them will be Teemu Arina, Finnish biohacker and co-author of The Biohacker's Handbook, will open the meeting with an overview of the growing longevity market and the most effective interventions currently being applied to improve the health and performance of the body.

The closing of the congress will be in charge of Siim Land, independent researcher and author specialising in metabolism and longevity, known for being among the top-ranked participants in the international Rejuvenation Olympics ranking, which analyses biomarkers associated with biological ageing. His talk will address the scientific possibilities of extending human life beyond 120 years.

The programme will also include interventions from experts such as the Dr. Harry F. König, a specialist in integrative and regenerative medicine with more than three decades of clinical experience; the Dr. Axel Bouchon, co-founder of Matter Neuroscience and author of Capitalism of Happiness; y Marina Matkova-Jahlan, founder of Anima Corpus Monaco and trained in neuroscience at Harvard University.

Protocols and technologies to optimise health

The summit will be structured in three main thematic areas: Longevity Lifestyle, Performance and Recovery y Preventive Health. Lectures, workshops and practical sessions will address some of the most innovative technologies and strategies currently being applied in the field of advanced wellness.

Topics will include cryotherapy, photobiomodulation, hormone balancing, metabolic flexibility and hydrogen inhalation therapies. The focus of the event is on scientific evidence and the practical application of protocols that can be realistically incorporated into health and wellness programmes.

The Côte d'Azur, an environment associated with longevity

The choice of the Côte d'Azur as the venue for the meeting is no coincidence. The region combines a Mediterranean lifestyle traditionally associated with longevity with a solid healthcare infrastructure and a long history as an international congress destination.

In addition to the opening dinner in Monaco, the programme includes a networking cocktail in Nice on the evening of 11 March, designed to facilitate exchanges between researchers, welfare professionals and companies in the sector.

Tickets for the congress are available in different modalities - general, VIP and Diamond VIP - and there is also the option to follow the sessions via streaming for those who cannot attend in person. All presentations will be in English.
