Eating out as part of self-care
Far from being an obstacle, catering has become an ally of wellbeing. While in 2024 86 % of respondents were willing to reduce their restaurant outings, in 2025 this figure has fallen to 69 %. Responsible hospitality: eating well also means taking care of the planet
