The Italian flagship spa of the health and wellness company Chenot<\/a><\/strong>located in the Hotel L'Albereta, has undergone an extensive refurbishment and has launched new programming and diagnostic tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded by the late Henri Chenot, the Chenot Group<\/strong> is responsible for the development of the The Chenot Method, a programme aimed at protecting the body from damage, toxin accumulation and premature ageing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The method comprises an amalgam of treatments and nutritional advice and combines the principles of Chinese healing with advanced Western medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Chenot Espace de L'Albereta is the only medical and wellness spa associated with Chenot in Italy and is located in a 19th century villa set in the vineyards of Franciacorta. The refurbishment of the 2,000 sqm space included the restoration of the first two floors of the spa and its Chenot restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The renovation has updated the spa, medical cabins, public areas and spa reception with a new look characterised by Chenot's signature cool tonal palette of ivory, beige and taupe, complemented by understated natural materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gym has also been expanded to create additional space for human performance diagnostics and treatment, as well as being refurbished with the latest Technogym equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spa facilities include a central pool area, a sauna, a hammam, a solarium, a beauty centre and a Jacuzzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New treatments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the renovation, the Chenot Espace has been updated with new diagnostic treatment options. The methods aim to help guests unlock and reach their physical potential, allowing them to leave at their best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Assessments of skin collagen thickness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Stress testing (HRV analysis) with HRV biofeedback training. - Physiotherapy treatments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Neuroacoustic deep relaxation treatments. - Intermittent hypo\/hyperoxygen exposure treatments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Chenot personalised facial treatments - Chenot energetic foot massages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The property's signature Chenot Wellness Retreats have also been redesigned to achieve optimal detoxification, rebalancing and fitness results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • De-stress and recharge, four days\/five nights: 3710 \u20ac (4045 USD, 3196 GBP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fitness Boost, three days\/four nights: 2595 \u20ac (2829 USD, 2235 GBP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The Chenot Group portfolio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The Chenot Group currently operates 5 facilities, known as Chenot Wellness Centres, in Europe and Asia. They are supervised by a team of doctors and therapists and are divided into the following categories: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chenot Palace Health Wellness Retreats,<\/strong> what the industry might classify as real destination spas<\/strong>are luxury settings with a wellness spa and medical clinic that are dedicated to offering the Chenot Method in its entirety. Destinations include: Chenot Palace Health Wellness Hotel Gabala (Azerbaijan) and Chenot Palace Weggis (Switzerland).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Wellness spas Espace Chenot Health Wellness <\/strong>are cure-based centres in luxury hotels and resorts where guests can experience Chenot's unique cures.
