{"id":4653,"date":"2025-04-17T17:58:33","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T15:58:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/?p=4653"},"modified":"2025-04-17T17:58:33","modified_gmt":"2025-04-17T15:58:33","slug":"the-estate-luxury-hospitality-enters-the-age-of-longevity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/en\/the-estate-la-hospitalidad-de-lujo-entra-en-la-era-de-la-longevidad\/","title":{"rendered":"The Estate: luxury hospitality enters the age of longevity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kenneth Ryan<\/strong>former vice president of Marriott's global spa, fitness and retail operations, has been appointed to a new role in Marriott's global spa, fitness and retail operations. <strong>Chief Longevity Officer<\/strong> of the new concept of luxury hospitality <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbe.com\/hotels\/the-estate\/\">The Estate<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a 27-year track record in the industry, Ryan will lead the implementation of <strong>artificial intelligence-based health assessments<\/strong>, <strong>monitoring biological age<\/strong>, <strong>personalised longevity programmes<\/strong> and more, in an innovative portfolio of properties that seeks to redefine luxury from a preventive wellness perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In his new role, Ryan will lead strategic partnerships with <strong>biotech companies<\/strong>, <strong>longevity experts<\/strong> e <strong>medical facilities<\/strong>to integrate cutting-edge wellness therapies and technologies into The Estate concept. It will also be responsible for developing <strong>personalised retreats<\/strong>membership programmes, private label wellness products and experiences focused on extending healthy living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Estate<\/strong> belongs to the hospitality tycoon's operating group. <strong>Sam Nazarian<\/strong>SBE, and is supported by the motivational coach <strong>Tony Robbins<\/strong>the musician <strong>Marc Anthony<\/strong> and the investor <strong>Richard Attius<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His vision: <strong>merging preventive medicine, AI-based diagnostics and longevity science<\/strong> in an unprecedented hotel proposal. The aim is to have <strong>15 luxury hotels focusing on wellness<\/strong> y <strong>10 urban centres for preventive medicine and longevity<\/strong> by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first centre is due to open later this year in <strong>Century Plaza, Los Angeles<\/strong>with 1,200 m\u00b2 dedicated to longevity. It will be managed by <strong>Fountain Life<\/strong>a company specialising in advanced diagnostics and therapies to live longer and better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second confirmed location will be <strong>Kittitian Hill<\/strong> in St. Kitts (St. Kitts), in the Caribbean, a resort founded in 2006 by <strong>Val Kempadoo<\/strong>currently operating under the name <strong>Belle Mount Sanctuary Resort<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By 2026, the concept will expand to <strong>Miami<\/strong>the <strong>United Kingdom<\/strong>, <strong>Trento<\/strong> (Italy), <strong>Montreux<\/strong> (Switzerland) and the <strong>Middle East<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some sites will be associated with <strong>Clinique La Prairie<\/strong>The prestigious Swiss clinic, with more than 90 years of experience, will offer comprehensive treatments under its own brand name <strong>Longevity Hub<\/strong> and the line of supplements <strong>CLP Holistic Health<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, some properties will include <strong>private residences connected to hotels<\/strong>The residents will have direct access to medical check-ups, therapies and personalised counselling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ryan is known for having been the <strong>Marriott luxury spas strategist<\/strong>overseeing the world's largest portfolio in the sector, with more than 650 locations that generate <strong>540 million per year<\/strong>. He has also worked with top brands such as <strong>Fairmont, Raffles, Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"550\" src=\"https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Kenneth-Ryan.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4655\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Kenneth-Ryan.jpg 800w, https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Kenneth-Ryan-300x206.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Kenneth-Ryan-768x528.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting, Ryan said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\"The biggest challenge is to make each experience as unique as the person who lives it.
