Living Longer\"<\/em>highlighting how real estate design can be a tool for a longer and healthier life. <strong>Chris Romer-Lee<\/strong> advocated for healthier cities in <em>\"The Right to Swim: Why all Cities should be swimmable\".<\/em>highlighting the importance of accessible aquatic spaces. <strong>Aleksandrs Sihmans<\/strong> explored opportunities for welfare-oriented real estate investment in <em>\"Investing in Wellness Real Estate<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the afternoon session, <strong>Christina Amara<\/strong> presented <em>\"Wellness Beyond Walls<\/em>focusing on the design of spaces that support personalised longevity. <strong>Piers Schmidt<\/strong> offered a critique of the welfare market in <em>\"The Emperor's New Wellness\".<\/em>. <strong>Matt Aspiotis Morley<\/strong> discussed healthy interiors concepts in <em>\"Wellness Interiors and Healthy Building Concepts\".<\/em>. <strong>Asif Iqbal<\/strong> provided practical guidance on <em>\"How to Navigate the Challenges in the Longevity Space\".<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day concluded with a panel on the use of diagnostics for personalised longevity experiences, with the participation of <strong>Romina Papalambrou<\/strong>, <strong>Iain De Havilland<\/strong>, <strong>Erin Lee<\/strong> y <strong>Alina M Hernandez<\/strong>. <strong>Anna Bjurstam<\/strong> explored the integration of clinical practice with wellness services in <em>\"The Healthcare Power Couple<\/em>. <strong>Laszlo Puczko<\/strong> discussed the convergence of hospitality and health care in the <em>\"Wellbeing, Nature and Business\".<\/em>. <strong>C\u00e9line Vadam<\/strong> closed with strategies for cost-effective wellness concepts in <em>\"Crafting for Wellness Profitability\".<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250507-WA0154-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4776\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250507-WA0154-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250507-WA0154-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250507-WA0154-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/wellnessforum.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/IMG-20250507-WA0154.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7 May: Brain health, diagnostics and wellbeing <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The second day was devoted to medical interventions in longevity. <strong>Dr. Robert Hariri<\/strong> presented advances in stem cell therapies. <strong>Anna Bjurstam<\/strong> of Six Senses discussed the integration of wellness practices in hospitality environments. <strong>Simone Gibertoni<\/strong> from Clinique La Prairie shared holistic approaches to longevity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions included topics such as calorie restriction, intermittent fasting, nutrigenomics and Blue Zones diets.
