Next Saturday 18 October 2025, Hotel D\u00e9nia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa<\/strong>located in the heart of the Montg\u00f3 Natural Park, will be hosting the first edition of the Costa Blanca Wellness Festival<\/em>,<\/strong> a meeting that seeks to position Spain on the international map of conscious wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was born with the purpose of rethinking how we understand the concept of wellness<\/em> in Spain, overcoming the vision reduced to the consumption of products or routines, to present it as a more conscious, healthy and sustainable culture. Its approach is inspired by the idea that health is not a final destination, but a means to broaden individual and collective awareness, with an impact on personal, professional and social life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event will bring together specialists in health, psychology, sport, architecture and personal development, including Sabrina D\u00edaz Ibarra, organisational coach and founder of Women X Business<\/em>Mar\u00eda Aguirre, psychologist and expert in high performance sports; Dr. Enrique Caso, biomedical director of Biow<\/em>Paula Coms, fitness referent; Miriam Romero Siscar, architect of the ZERO+ studio; and professionals such as Marina Cerd\u00e1, Clara Verduch, Carla Carri\u00f3 Agostinelli and Carla Bernabeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The programme includes panel discussions on conscious leadership, longevity, high performance and financial health, as well as experiential workshops, yoga and conscious movement sessions, and sensory experiences from partner brands such as Biow<\/em>, Gold Collagen<\/em>, Equilibrium<\/em>, La Carleta<\/em> y K\u00e9 Water<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The festival also puts into context the growing weight of the wellness industry. According to the Global Wellness Institute<\/em>In 2023, the global market reached a value of 5.6 trillion dollars, with wellness tourism generating more than one billion trips per year and which will continue to grow at a rate of 8.6 % until 2027. Spain, despite its great potential, still offers few proposals that connect wellness<\/em> and culture, a gap that this event seeks to fill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"We believe that health is not a goal in itself, but a way of living and a way of expanding awareness,\" say the founders of the festival, Alexandra Fullana and Mirena Ossorno, who underline the transformative vocation of this first edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
