The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/longevitymc.hololifesummit.com\/\">Hololife Longevity C\u00f4te d'Azur Summit<\/a><\/strong> will open its edition on Wednesday <strong>11 March<\/strong> with an exclusive Diamond VIP dinner in Monaco, a private gathering limited to 50 guests and featuring some of the world's leading experts in longevity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central day of the congress will be held on Thursday 12 March at <strong>Le M\u00e9ridien Nice<\/strong>, at the emblematic Promenade des Anglais seafront promenade. Among them will be <strong>Teemu Arina<\/strong>, Finnish biohacker and co-author of <em>The Biohacker's Handbook<\/em>, will open the meeting with an overview of the growing longevity market and the most effective interventions currently being applied to improve the health and performance of the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The closing of the congress will be in charge of <strong>Siim Land<\/strong>, independent researcher and author specialising in metabolism and longevity, known for being among the top-ranked participants in the international Rejuvenation Olympics ranking, which analyses biomarkers associated with biological ageing. His talk will address the scientific possibilities of extending human life beyond 120 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme will also include interventions from experts such as the <strong>Dr. Harry F. K\u00f6nig<\/strong>, a specialist in integrative and regenerative medicine with more than three decades of clinical experience; the <strong>Dr. Axel Bouchon<\/strong>, co-founder of Matter Neuroscience and author of <em>Capitalism of Happiness<\/em>; y <strong>Marina Matkova-Jahlan<\/strong>, founder of Anima Corpus Monaco and trained in neuroscience at Harvard University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Protocols and technologies to optimise health<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The summit will be structured in three main thematic areas: <strong>Longevity Lifestyle<\/strong>, <strong>Performance and Recovery<\/strong> y <strong>Preventive Health<\/strong>. Lectures, workshops and practical sessions will address some of the most innovative technologies and strategies currently being applied in the field of advanced wellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Topics will include cryotherapy, photobiomodulation, hormone balancing, metabolic flexibility and hydrogen inhalation therapies. The region combines a Mediterranean lifestyle traditionally associated with longevity with a solid healthcare infrastructure and a long history as an international congress destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the opening dinner in Monaco, the programme includes a networking cocktail in Nice on the evening of 11 March, designed to facilitate exchanges between researchers, welfare professionals and companies in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tickets for the congress are available in different modalities - general, VIP and Diamond VIP - and there is also the option to follow the sessions via streaming for those who cannot attend in person.
