It is also a good time to pay attention again to rest, mobility and those small self-care rituals that get pushed aside during the busiest months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Gran Marbella Resort & Beach Club<\/strong>the Champneys Spa <\/a>offers precisely that possibility without needing to leave Marbella. The spa has been integrated into the resort's activity for months and now faces its first full autumn season as the first European centre of the British brand, whose history began in 1925.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its location is an important part of the experience. Gran Marbella sits directly next to Real de Zaragoza beach and the resort has direct access to the coastline through Am\u00f9 Beach Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Large glazed surfaces, open spaces and an orientation towards the Mediterranean mean that the connection with the outdoors is present in the interiors as well. The Champneys circuit brings together the usual facilities of a thermal experience \u2014sauna, steam room and indoor pool\u2014 along with spaces dedicated to rest and treatments. The indoor pool forms part of the core of the spa and the heat areas allow guests to build a circuit adapted to their time and tolerance level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compared to conventional training, a yoga session allows you to work on mobility, balance, breathing and body control with a very different intensity. Afterwards comes the thermal circuit: indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Responsible use of heat requires adapting the duration and intensity to each person, staying hydrated and allowing recovery periods. One of the details that sets the offering apart is the presence of a beauty area<\/strong>, with personal care services including manicures and pedicures, as well as facial and body treatments. These services allow for a visit focused on beauty and skincare, without needing to turn it into a day of intensive treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pedicure area, facing outdoors and with sea views<\/strong>, fits especially well with the resort's concept: sitting down, caring for feet and hands and contemplating the Mediterranean through a space bathed in natural light. It is a simple detail, yet it changes the experience quite a bit compared to a conventional cabin with no visual connection to the outdoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The treatment area brings together seven spaces, within a menu that combines facial treatments, body treatments and different massage techniques. The offering maintains Champneys' British DNA and adds treatments inspired by the Mediterranean and Andalusian landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the cosmetic brands present at the spa is Elemis. The menu allows you to choose between facial treatments, body treatments and massages, with different durations and goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For an autumn visit, a reasonable choice might be a massage after a training session, a facial after the summer or simply a relaxing treatment accompanied by the thermal circuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key is to choose the treatment according to what you are looking for. The spa can provide relaxation, cosmetic care and a recovery experience; a medical or medical-aesthetic treatment belongs to another category and requires health assessment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
