From September 28 to October 1, 2026, Madrid will host one of the most fascinating scientific and strategic gatherings on the international stage: the International Longevity Summit Madrid 2026. Under the slogan “Redefining the Biological Horizon”, this summit will bring together researchers, physicians, biotechnologists, investors, and global visionaries to discuss and present the latest advances in biogerontology, healthspan extension, and preventive medicine.

A historic venue for a science of the future
In this edition, the congress moves its main venue to one of Spain's most emblematic scientific institutions: the Royal National Academy of Medicine of Spain (RANM), founded in 1734. Located in the heart of Madrid's historic center —between the Royal Palace and the Royal Theater—, this historic institution, which has hosted illustrious figures and Nobel laureates such as Santiago Ramón y Cajal and Severo Ochoa, will become the global epicenter of longevity medicine.
