mentorDay announces a new alliance with Anchora non-profit association created by and for entrepreneurs, with the objective of aim to help entrepreneurs to better manage their mental and physical health. This collaboration seeks to curb burnout, anxiety and stress, common problems among entrepreneurs, by providing tools to find the necessary balance in their personal and professional lives.

Curb burnout, anxiety and stress
The reality is that entrepreneurs face constant pressure that can lead to chronic stress, burnout, anxiety or even depression. mentorDay and Anchor know first-hand that a lack of preparation to handle these situations can have serious consequences. It is time to prioritise the health of every entrepreneur, and this new partnership offers a unique opportunity to do so.
From now on, entrepreneurs who are part of mentorDay's acceleration programmes, as well as the more than 3,000 members of its community, will have access to training and tools based on scientific evidence to reduce stress and anxiety, provided by Anchor.life.

First free webinar workshop
To inaugurate this collaboration, a first free webinar-style workshop has been organised, which will take place on 20 September through the mentorDay platform. In this workshop, all entrepreneurs interested in taking care of their mental and physical health will be able to participate with free registration. It is the first of many activities they have designed to support the integral wellbeing of the entrepreneur.

The Science Behind Entrepreneurship Support
Running a business is not just about technical skills or business strategies; it's also about wellbeing. Through mentorDay's collaboration with Anchor, they have turned to science to understand what entrepreneurs really need to stay healthy, both physically and mentally.
In addition, Anchor.life will offer podcasts with real experiences of entrepreneurs who have suffered serious health problems, as is the case of Jaime Caverowho shares his story in an episode available at this Spotify link. This content is part of the commitment of
mentorDay to help more entrepreneurs understand the importance of prioritising their mental health and avoid reaching the critical point of burnout.
