Vladi Kovanic has been recognised for his services to the spa, wellness and hospitality industries by the Spa-A Federation during its 21st anniversary gala in Paris, France.
The French industry body recognised the founder of the VK organisation by awarding her the Personality of the Year 2023.
Kovanic is the driving force behind the iconic industry event Forum HOTel&Spa. (now in its 15th year), as well as the Medical Wellness Congress, which was launched in 2020. Both conferences attract specialists from around the world to collaborate and elevate the international spa, wellness and medical wellness industries.
"I would like to express my deep appreciation to all those who made this recognition possible," said Kovanic, "it is a real honour for me and I am sincerely grateful for this distinction.
"Thank you all for your continued support and trust".
Designed for professionals in the hospitality, spa, thermal water and thalassotherapy sectors, the 16th edition of the Forum HOTel&Spa will take place at the Four Seasons George V Hotel in Paris on 30 May 2024.
In the meantime, the Medical Wellness Congress will return to Austria from 8-9 April 2024 at St. Martins Spa & Lodge in Frauenkirchen near Vienna.
